Frida Kahlo

Vi este filme há menos de uma semana. Trata-se de um filme que se baseia na vida da pintora Frida Kahlo.

Gostei dos cenários, fiquei surpreso com a história (não conhecia nada da vida da pintora) e acima de tudo adorei a prestação da Salma Hayek.

Aqui fica uma das cenas do filme.

E hoje o jantar foi assim...

Colocar numa panela:
- Um pacote de polpa de tomate de 210 gramas.
- Uma chávena grande de cogumelos laminados.
- Meia chávena grande de cebola picada.
- Dois dentes de alho picados.
- Uma colher de chá de massa de alho.
- Duas colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavado.
- Duas pitadas de sal.
- Meia caneca grande de água com Maizena diluída sem ficar uma mistura grossa (mais ou menos 3 colheres de chá de maizena)
- Duas colheres de sopa de salsa picada congelada.
- Uma colher de chá de óregãos.
- Uma colher de chá de mangericão.

Colocar em lume no mínimo durante 15 minutos. Ao fim de dez minutos, aquecer azeite numa frigideira e saltear ligeiramente as 15 almôndegas (anteriormente salgadas ao de leve) de carne de vaca de modo a ficarem castanhas por fora.

Juntá-las ao molho, e durante mais 20 minutos ir mexendo sempre em lume brando.

Acompanhamento: macarrão.

Caminhamos cada vez mais para os conceitos de minimalismo no que toca às ideias para a arrumação em casa.

Se a ideia de armários «transparentes» (como que imbutidos nas paredes com a mesma cor destas a dar a sensação de omnipresença) é excelente, este conceito de arrumação numa escadaria interior está simplesmente genial.
